There are many ways to Support your WES PTO!
volunteer to lend a hand
No one can do everything, but everyone can do something!
The PTO is looking for volunteers to help support our school community during the 2026–2027 school year. We are currently seeking help with the following roles:
- Dine & Donate Coordinator – Organize restaurant fundraising nights, coordinate with local businesses, and assist with event communications and flyers.
- Spiritwear Coordinator – Coordinate spiritwear designs and sales throughout the year, including PTO gift shirts and special spiritwear opportunities.
- Fundraising Coordinator – Solicit raffle donations from local businesses for events such as Trunk or Treat, Bingo, the Wizards game, and other PTO activities.

Too busy to lend a hand? You can still help WES PTO earn free money with these easy programs:
General Mills donates 10 cents per Box Top to our School! Box Tops has converted to a Digital program: If you see a standard Top on a product, Clip and send into school in a Ziploc bag marked with Teacher name. But most products now incorporate a digital Top that does not get clipped. Instead, use the new Box Tops App to scan your shopping receipt and automatically credit your Tops to the WES account.
